Asalamalaikum, Ramadan Mubarak! The moon was sighted late tonight. Therefore the first day of Ramadan will be tomorrow, Saturday April 2nd.
Isha will be held at Flaah at 9:20PM with Taraweeh following after.

We will be having 2 jamaats this year. Takbeerat will be at 8:00am and first jamaat will be at 8:30am. Second jamaat will be at 9:30am.
All men, women, and children will be allowed in the masjid, however, we ask that everyone bring a musulla, wear a face mask, and social distance at all times.
Due to social distancing, we may not have the space for everyone to pray the first jamaat, therefore, people may be asked to wait until the second jamaat if masjid capacity is reached.

Assalamoalaikum, we were not able to receive any official confirmation on the moon being sighted. Therefore, the first day of Ramadan will be Wednesday, April 14th.
Taraweeh will start tomorrow night, April 13th, at the masjid. Isha will be at 9:30pm. Until further notice, men will only be allowed to participate in Taraweeh at the masjid.
Please follow these guidelines while at the masjid:
For those who cannot be present at the masjid for Taraweeh, we will have a live stream on YouTube for the recitation of the Quran every night approximately at 10:15pm.
On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during Ramadan, we will be having drive thru iftars at 6:45pm for everyone at the masjid.

Eid-ul-Adha is on Friday, July 31st. Flaah masjid will only hold one prayer for Eid-ul-Adha this year. InshAllah, Takbeeraat will be at 7:30am and Jamaat will be at 7:45am. The prayer will be completely outside on the concrete foundation due to the current COVID-19 situation. Please come to the masjid with Wudu and bring your own musallah. Make sure to social distance and wear a face mask at all times. Due to limited space, women should pray at home. People who are sick or have any symptoms should also pray at home. Jazakallah.

The moon has been sighted in Houston, Eid is tomorrow Sunday May 24th.
Flaah masjid will be having Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at the masjid based on moon sighting. Takbeerat will be at 7:30am. The first jamaat will be at 8:00am and the second jamaat will be at 9:00am. The following rules and strict guidelines will need to be followed in order to maintain the safety of the public attending the event.
1. The event will only be set up for men. Women, children, and elderly are recommended to stay at home. We will be live streaming the event at 7:30am for the people who have to stay at home.
2. Wadu and use the restroom before you come to the masjid as the restrooms will only be used if necessary.
3. Wear a mask and gloves at all times while on masjid property.
4. Do not physically greet others. Follow CDC guidelines of social distancing.
5. Bring your own musallah or rug to pray on.
6. Distance yourselves from each other during salaat and while sitting for your own and other’s safety.
